Anne Putnam, B.Sc., M.Sc., C Ped (C)

Anne completed her BSc in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU) in 2004 and worked as a Kinesiologist before continuing her education. In 2008 she graduated from WLU with a MSc in Biomechanics. During her Masters Degree she worked closely with Certified Pedorthists as her research focused on the effects of foot orthotics on leg and foot motion. She completed the Diploma in Pedorthics program at The University of Western Ontario in 2009, where she was the recipient of the Howard Feigel Memorial Award. Anne successfully completed her certification exams the same year and currently practices in Barrie, Ontario.
Anne continues to be passionate about Pedorthic research and volunteers her time with the Pedorthic Research Foundation of Canada (PRFC). Anne lives in Barrie with her husband and their puppy, Molly. She enjoys playing soccer, travelling and spending time at the cottage with her family and friends. |
